Joint Conservation Annual Dinner

Thank you to everyone who came to this year's sold-out annual conservation dinner, held at the beautiful Greenvale Vineyards!

We are so happy to announce that this year’s Eastern Farm of the Year was awarded to the Barrington Farm School! They have incredible education programs and teach hundreds of students the importance of conservation every year! In Northern, Basil Farm at the Neutaconkanut Park and Sankofa farmers markets in Providence won the award. For Southern, the Greene Company, RI's oldest and largest cranberry farm, took the prize.

We would also like to congratulate Lou DiPalma of District 12, who won this year’s Senator of the Year award, and Mike Chippendale of District 40, winner of State Legislator of the Year!


A special shoutout goes to Nika Colley, the Northeast Representative for the National Association of Conservation Districts! Nika visited us all the way from Philadelphia to share the special evening-thanks, Nika!
