Growing Seedlings with Merritt Neighborhood Fund

Thank you to the Merritt Neighborhood Fund!
Our AgInnovation students have been preparing for the growing season. They recently planted seeds in the seasonal high tunnel in compostable pots on our new potting tables. The potting tables were made possible by funding through the Merritt Neighborhood fund. The purpose of the Fund is to provide modest grants to strengthen the community’s identity and character, and to model the ethic of land conservation and stewardship through community volunteerism.
